Since our bracelets are energised before dispatch, we can only cancel or change your order prior to shipping.

We can cancel or replace the product only if:

• You have received a product that is different from what you have ordered.
• If you have received a product that is defective/damaged.

For defective/damaged products please provide us with an unboxing video clearly showing the damage/defect.

You can opt for a refund or to have the same product shipped to you without a charge. In case of a damaged/defective piece we do not normally do a reverse pick up.

If you have paid online, we will refund the money to you to the original payment source.

In case of COD orders, we will make a transfer to your Bank Account. Please provide Bank Details - A/C holder's name, A/C Number, Type of Account - Savings/Current, and IFSC Code.

Yes, once you receive your Atman Urja Energy Bracelet keep a glass of water in front of you. Hold the bracelet in your hand and gently place it on your heart. Repeat your intention behind wearing the bracelet 11 times in your mind. From the glass take a few drops of water and sprinkle on the bracelet and then drink it.

Our bracelets are designed to be free size and will fit all wrist sizes. We use three types of designs to ensure that:

1. Lobster hooks that are adjustable.
2. Elasticated band (imported from Korea) to expand and contract.
3. Spiral loops that fits all sizes.

The bracelets use 2 sizes of beads:

1. 8 mm beads for women
2. 10 mm beads for men
