Refund policy

Since these products are charged only after receipt of your order, we can only entertain a request for return and replacement if you have received a damaged or incorrect product. We can only process your return, replacement, or refund if you provide an unboxing video or photo/s.

Our returns, replacements and refunds policy lasts until five days after you receive your order. If five days have passed from receipt of the product, we will not be able to offer you a return or any replacement/exchange.

In case you receive an incorrect product; To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Mention your order number and product details.

On approving your return, we will arrange a return pickup at your doorstep. We may or may not pick up a damaged or defective piece.

Please note that any damage caused to the product after receipt due to neglect or improper usage will not be included under our Returns, Replacement, and Refund Policy.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Replacement of Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you can replace it with the same product you had ordered initially or opt for a full refund.

If you choose to have the product replaced, we will energise a fresh piece for you and dispatch it within ten days from our warehouse. After dispatch, the product could take another two to ten days to reach you, depending on your location.

If you opt for a full refund, we will process the refund within three working days to your original mode of payment. Once the refund is initiated, it may take five to ten days to reflect in your account. In case of any queries, please contact support@atman-urja.com

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve approved your return or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation

If not already shipped by us, prepaid orders can be cancelled by emailing us at support@atman-urja.com or calling us at +91 9987265808. Once we cancel your order, we will process the refund within three working days to your original mode of payment. Once the refund is initiated, it may take five to ten days to reflect in your account. In case of any queries, please get in touch with support@atman-urja.com

Please note that we cannot cancel an order that has been shipped.

Exchange

If not already shipped by us, orders can be exchanged for another by emailing us at support@atman-urja.com or calling us at +91 9987265808. If the product is the same price, we will start the energising process and ship the product within ten days post-charging. If there is a price differential, we will send you a payment link for the difference. Once we receive the payment, we will start the energising process and ship the product within ten days post-charging. After dispatch, the product could take another two to ten days to reach you, depending on your location.

Please note that we cannot exchange an order that has been shipped.

Note: Our products are made of natural stones /crystals, and it is normal for them to have cracks/textures/minor imperfections. A natural stone's characteristics should not be misunderstood as a manufacturing defect. We inspect each product before shipping to ensure the product is safe to be used.
